One cool-white incandescent lamp after another flickered on, illuminating the empty corridor. The light reflected off the white walls was somewhat glaring. As footsteps drew nearer, the laboratory door creaked open, and three nearly identical Spider-Men walked in.
Amazing Spider-Man had just opened his mouth to say something when Future Peter familiarly walked over to the lab bench and introduced it. "This is the lab I use. Doctor Otto is in the room next door. If there's anything you don't understand, just use this communicator to call him."
"That door over there leads to the archives. The warehouse and special-item storage room are downstairs. You'd better take the staircase on the right; it'll be faster. The prep room at the end of the hall has everything you need. The lighting breaker is on the left, and the power breaker is on the right. Don't mix them up."
After saying that, Future Peter strode toward the archives. A while later, he returned with a stack of documents, placed them before the other two, and said, "This is the index of our current experimental progress. If you want to look up specific details, use the computers in the archives behind us. To get the password, ask the AI through the communicator. It automatically recognizes voices. Since you're both Peter Parker too, you should be able to get through."
"Oh, right. There's also a chemistry lab on the far right side of the third floor. I'll be completing some tasks Dr. Connors assigned me there. You can check it out if you have time. It'd be even better if you could help me finish them."
"Oh, and there are some parts in the mechanical workshop downstairs. Mr. Stark asked me to assemble them, and they have to be delivered tomorrow morning. Don't forget."
