Stark's laboratory was piled high with documents and data. Jarvis had no choice but to install a set of mechanical arms on his new body to organize all the research materials.
The set consisted of four mechanical arms, mounted respectively on Jarvis's robotic body at the shoulders and waist. The upper arms worked with his own hands to sort different documents, while the lower arms stuffed them into various cabinets.
Some of the experimental data was too complex to be judged by simple programs, and it also needed to remain confidential, so only Jarvis and Stark could handle the work.
In the room next door, Otto was pounding the table with an irritated expression. He said, "If you don't trust my technology, why did you ask me to come?!"
"I'll say it again: the tentacles can connect directly to the human nervous system. There won't be any side effects. You don't need to add another layer of armor in the middle!"
"Of course I read your research materials, but I'm just not used to having four huge tentacles mounted on my back. They're hideous!" Stark raised his voice as well.
"You need to understand that my fans like Iron Man because they like my sleek, high-tech equipment, not four ugly tentacles. I brought you here to solve problems, so shut up and get to work, okay?"
Otto took a deep breath, tried hard to recall the string of zeros on the contract Pepper had given him, shook his head, and resigned himself to installing mechanical tentacles onto Stark's armor.
To further improve his work efficiency, Stark felt that he needed a few more hands too.
People often said he was a capitalist who exploited his employees, but Stark had to prove that when he got ruthless, he exploited even himself.
