Catwoman clamped a hand over her mouth to keep from screaming. The Vines quickly spread across the entire floor. The woman who had smashed the flowerpot let out a terrified shriek and hurriedly backed away, only to fall to the ground.
The Vines wrapped around her arms and thighs as if they were going to drag her into an endless Abyss. Little Pam stood frozen in place and saw a small flower bloom from the Vines by the window.
The flower smiled at her and whispered in her ear, "You heard our cries and wanted to save us. You are a good child. This is your destiny... Come... come... Ignore those wicked people who despise plants..."
