Changing the Script
[Actor Dormitory (Luo Di)]
I returned here less than half an hour after leaving the dormitory, but this time my boss, David, came with me.
Last night, the squad leader's actions were completely exposed, and I feel like I've been brought here to identify the scene.
"You seemed to have made a secret spatial connection here last night? Although the fluctuations were very small, one of my friends still noticed it."
Can you explain this?
Boss David unusually appeared to be in a state of tucked-in stomach, and even seemed to grow taller because of it, making him look like a gentlemanly Giant Beast that might devour someone at any moment.
The curtain between his eyes had been replaced with bright red, and lights were shining inside, as he stared at the squad leader with blood-red eyes.
It seems that as soon as any behavior that threatens the Grand Theater, the Evil Play, or even Hell is detected, the class monitor will be killed instantly, and even her true form, depths of the Corner, will be greatly affected.
The class monitor, however, felt no pressure whatsoever and maintained his smile, saying, "What's there to explain? You'll know once you go in and see for yourselves."
Reach out and turn off the bedroom light to create darkness.
Step forward,
Gently slide your finger along the intersection of the corners.
A deep black slit was thus formed.
However, no threat emanated from the dark rift, unlike the feeling that Luo Di had accidentally activated the corner connection when he was in the Grand Monastery.
Moreover, if it really is an opening in the corner, Luo Di will sense it immediately, instead of sleeping like a dead pig.
The gap in front of us is clearly not a passageway to the corner, but it does have a certain similarity... more like a "Corner Space" created by the class monitor.
David, the owner who was also an expert in spatial design, saw through the true nature of the gap.
The squad leader created a special space inside the wall crack, and the way he created this extra space was completely different from his usual methods.
Boss David strode in, his belly bulging, followed closely by Luo Di and the others.
It was indeed a sealed room... or more precisely, a changing room. Various long trench coats, bodysuits, and electrical work clothes were hanging there.
The side armory is filled with various machetes, chainsaws, axes, and so on.
The class monitor was the last to walk in, spreading his arms and introducing himself. "Ta-da~ Welcome to my makeshift killer dressing room. Here are costumes and props from all the movies Luo Di and I have ever watched."
Regarding the main characters and story settings in the script, I want Luo Di to play a Monsters in the Corner who invades a small town in True Hell.
I can make such corner gaps exist anywhere on the filming location, as long as the "corner" condition is met.
Luo Di's character, a serial killer, can enter and exit at any time through a corner, changing his murderous attire and props.
The mystery, the sense of oppression, and the release of fear are all better than the original script.
It both fits Luo Di's appearance and style, and serves as a warning.
Boss David noticed a key word. "Warning?"
"Yes... the corners of our world are currently spreading outwards, and some neighboring worlds are also beginning to be affected by them."
Although the True Hell is still far away, if we don't actively make contact, it will probably take decades or even centuries for the influence from the corners of the earth to reach us.
However, given the existence of Luo Di as an intermediary, it's better to take precautions in advance.
According to my conversation with Agatha last night, there was supposedly a brief corner intrusion in the chapel of the Grand Monastery, possibly caused by the Pope touching Luo Di's pituitary gland, resulting in a reverse connection.
"Grand Monastery, a pope? Is that so? How could I not know about something this interesting?"
Boss David's clenched belly immediately relaxed, and he looked at Agatha beside him. "Was the Grand Monastery invaded? What was the outcome of the battle?"
Agatha quickly replied, "The Pope immediately disconnected the connection after sensing the problem, and everything returned to normal."
"Oh, what a pity... If only a monster had come, we could have known its approximate strength and obtained specific corpse samples."
Great~ Then let's revise the script according to what the 'class monitor' said. Luo Di, you'll play the killer from the corner. The overall style should highlight horror, mystery, and oppression as much as possible.
Let's start revising the script now, and try to start filming this afternoon or evening.
I'm going back to the site to debug the machine. You guys need to come soon!
"Okay, boss."
David left, still rubbing his hands together, leaving the remaining four in this Corner Space created by the class monitor. For a moment, the atmosphere became somewhat awkward.
Agatha was about to say something when Karlien gestured with his eyes and gestured for her to leave. This left only the man and woman in the Corner Space.
Snap!
An arm with tentacles wriggling beneath the skin, exuding an ancient aura.
Another arm, its pores piercing through wires, is filled with pain.
He pressed forward with both hands at the same time, pinning the squad leader against the wall.
"With your meticulous mind, how could you possibly do something related to corners and intrusion, especially inside someone else's 'nest'?"
You did it on purpose, deliberately making yourself seem suspicious, deliberately drawing the boss's attention to the crucial information of the 'corner'... Why?
The class monitor's stiff smile had transformed into his gentlest smile when the two were alone.
"Otherwise what? If we don't find a way to pique the director's interest in the corner, his First Department film will most likely play it safe and use your original script, which will be entirely in a hellish style."
The effect might be quite good; these the Devil who are watching movies for the first time will probably like it very much.
But Luo Di, your brain can only be supplemented by hell, but your core is the pituitary gland. They don't want you to deviate from the main body's development and become a product of hell, a pure the Devil.
You're going to become a real serial killer, Mr. D.
With my revisions, the film adaptation should provide you with the most perfect and suitable supplement, and allow you to find me in the corner sooner.
"Is it true that the corner is radiating outwards?"
"How could I, someone who's only been in this corner for less than a year, know these things? I'm just making things up, of course... I do have some selfish motives."
"What?"
"Since the True Hell is so aggressive, we should make the most of it and bring these two worlds, which are so far apart, together as soon as possible."
Otherwise, it would probably take not just decades or centuries, but thousands or even tens of thousands of years to meet.
If the two worlds could meet and intersect sooner... a unique collision would occur.
Chaos will disrupt the existing balance.
In that case, I, this helpless monster who has to fend for myself in the depths of the Corner, will have more opportunities.
Furthermore, you, Luo Di, as a "Hell connection," will also receive corresponding benefits... In the future, when you encounter monsters you cannot fight or are in deep danger, you may be able to directly request assistance from Hell.
Of course, there's no need to worry too much. Even if the two worlds are promoted through a movie, it will still take at least several years for them to intersect.
Luo Di, you have enough time to gain a certain status in the True Hell to ensure the safety of the human surface when the world intersects.
Besides, I can tell.
Whether it's Mr. Hook, or this Boss David, or the entity that was able to glimpse my secret movements last night, they are all more or less interested in our world.
What I'm doing is almost beneficial to everyone... of course, mainly to the two of us.
all in all,
Enjoy your first performance; you don't need to play any more local the Devil. Just be yourself and be the Moon Murderer, that's enough.
Let me, Agatha, and Karlien experience the terror of being hunted.
Kill me again, please...
Luo Di didn't respond directly, but stared intently into the class monitor's eyes, as if trying to uncover the truth hidden behind them.
Finally, a hand landed on the class monitor's head, rubbed it for a while, and then turned and left to begin revising the script.
His wrist was grabbed again.
"Hey~ I gave you ten minutes this morning, now it's your turn to give me back."
