The End (Part One)

Several hundred light-years away from Planet 228, on a small pale-yellow planet.

In an endless, vast desert, a black trident-shaped spacecraft descended slowly through the windblown sand, blue light spraying from its underside, before landing on the side of a dune.

The hatch on the side of the spacecraft opened.

Two figures wearing no protective suits swiftly floated out and stood on the sand.

Though neither wore protective gear, they were dressed in gray-black skintight operating suits that outlined their lovely figures.

Designed for conveniently connecting external equipment, these suits were extremely tight, like full-body leotards.

Special slots and ports were fitted across various parts of the body—the thighs, arms, and back.

Pale blue fluorescence flowed intermittently across the operating suits they wore, clearly activating some special function.

One of them had waist-length black hair and wore black goggles. Judging by the chin exposed beneath them, her features were exquisitely delicate, nearly flawless.

The other had long hair draped over her shoulders, but it was a striking fiery red, like burning flames. Her appearance was equally beautiful.
