After the battle, a second-tier Sand Rat attacked their formation, and Senior Brother Zhao proposed wearing it down by letting the Sand Rats in a few at a time.

• Yunxi struck Senior Brother Qian with a Lightning Strike Technique as he tried to ambush Hua Xuanzi, and Hua Xuanzi killed him.

Yunxi and the others trapped the Sand Rat family in her formation and fought their way through the first-tier rats. With the formation’s mid-grade spirit stones running low, they prepared to face the second-tier leader in one final battle.

• Yunxi explained that the formation needed mid-grade spirit stones to hold the second-tier Sand Rat, and the group gathered nine by combining their own stones with those from Qian, Li, and Zhang’s Storage pouches.

• Wei Yunxi unleashed her saved second-tier talismans, badly injuring the second-tier Sand Rat while her companions killed the remaining first-tier Sand Rat and replenished their spiritual energy.
