Allen led the Archangel to Orb, helped overthrow its ruling families, and installed Cagalli as the country’s leader while building Orb’s military strength. As Sakura’s ZAFT conquered Eurasia, Allen used Adam to counter Mu La Flaga’s invasion fleet and began Orb’s war with a devastating strike.

• Selas seized the Archangel’s officers, but Allen and the crew broke free, ended the fighting, and left North Africa with Cagalli as Artoria’s Desert Dawn forces reclaimed cities.
• At Orb, Allen challenged Uzummi over Orb’s secret G Project research and warned that the country could not remain neutral, while Kira began improving the Strike’s software.
• After Rau’s ZAFT forces attacked the Archangel, Allen destroyed Yzak’s Duel Gundam, crippled Nicol’s Blitz, and fought Sakura and Athrun before ZAFT retreated.
• During Operation Spitbreak, the Earth Alliance activated the Cyclops System, devastating both sides, while Allen persuaded Sakura to join his plan to seize power and remake the world.
• Sakura led a coup in P.L.A.N.T., killed Rau, arrested the council, and used nuclear weapons to conquer the Eurasian Federation and force Europe’s surrender.
• Allen’s supporters seized Orb’s government, arrested the ruling families, and made Cagalli Supreme Leader and his political bride, while Allen promised to return power to her after the war.
• Kira and the programmers activated Adam, which infiltrated electronic systems and redirected missiles, as Cagalli learned that she and Kira were biological siblings.
• When Mu La Flaga’s fleet delivered an ultimatum to Orb, Allen ordered Adam to seize its systems and satellites, declared war, and launched a missile attack that destroyed or sank nearly a third of the fleet.
