And Sithorn's sudden actions were most likely related to Dormammu's death and the disappearance of the Dark Dimension.
Unfortunately, Allen had realized this long ago. He had kept Wanda living in Sky City recently, leaving Sithorn unable to easily breach the multiple layers of protection and directly control the Scarlet Witch's mind.
With no other choice, he could only resort to this roundabout approach.
Otherwise, if he sent in too much energy, the Administrator would inevitably notice.
