Kingdom's "Dream Team"

There was no doubt that the all-out war between Allen and the Great Tomb of Nazarick had had a profound impact on this world.

It not only made everyone realize that an enormous threat lurked close at hand, but also completely established the Hunter Association's position within human nations and society.

After all, the sight of hundreds of thousands of monsters, Alien Races, and the Undead Army besieging Yar'kilantir, along with the enemy's high-end combat power casually wielding devastating tenth-tier and even Super Tier Magic, was not fabricated out of thin air. It had been witnessed firsthand by countless civilians, soldiers, and adventurers.

Combined with the terrifying slash that tore through sky and earth with the Blade of a Hundred Million, as well as the Deep Pit left behind by the nuclear explosion, all of it reminded those in power just how fragile and laughable the nations and rule they had built truly were.

When the kingdom's army arrived at Yar'kilantir, the old King did not even have the courage to enter the city and discuss ownership of the land with Allen face-to-face.

He dared not demand that the soldiers stationed in the city rejoin the kingdom's military ranks as they had before, and he strictly ordered his nobles not to harass the surrounding villages or passing merchants.

Although many nobles, accustomed to their arrogance, were deeply dissatisfied, under the forceful suppression of Marquis Raven and the Warrior Chief, the notoriously difficult-to-manage kingdom army maintained exceptionally strict discipline.

Likewise, the empire's army, which raided and burned border villages every autumn, had transformed into a righteous force. They even paid villagers when asking for a drink of water.
