After eliminating the nearby Resters, Xiao Ran pressed his advantage over Silver Wind’s pilot, leaving the A-rank mecha unable to counterattack.

• A woman piloting Silver Wind demanded to know who Xiao Ran was, and he identified himself as the Great President of Satellite Integration and Earth Defense Force commander.
• Xiao Ran detached Darkness Sky from its Tactical Armor and challenged the woman to give her name, but she attacked instead.

Xiao Ran used Teleportation to escape an attack on Darkness Sky and surprise Silver Wind, which he disabled and drove to the ground. He left Silver Wind in the custody of two Darkness Skies as the yellow dragon-shaped unit pursued them and Xiao Ran turned his attention to its pilot.

• Xiao Ran concluded that the Small MACROSS-class Battleship's heavy particle cannon could distort the Space Channel but could not destroy it, while Darkness Sky's shot destroyed more than half the units descending through it.
