Xiao Ran revealed the Exploration Fleet’s history, won DC’s support, and took control of Satellite Integration while preparing Earth’s forces against the Void Envoys. The Void Envoys’ first assaults ended without a larger strike, but their hidden planetary weapon and the fleet’s concealed reinforcements left the coming battle unresolved.

• Xiao Ran showed DC’s leaders edited battle footage and recounted the Exploration Fleet’s transformation, wars, and return, then used a mental exchange to convince Shirakawa Shuu and Zengar of his intentions.
• When more than a hundred Void Envoys descended on Earth, Xiao Ran and the Galaxy Diva’s forces joined New Jior, the Steel, and DC to destroy the attackers and recover wreckage.
• Bian and DC formally backed Xiao Ran’s plans for the Moon and Satellite Integration, and they agreed on military cooperation, technology exchange, and a division of control over Earth and space.
• Xiao Ran took command of Satellite Integration, with Elsam as his adjutant, while Cruze worked to stabilize the territory and Xiao Ran prepared to bring Home and the fleet to space.
• After the Void Envoys struck Earth’s bases and cities, Xiao Ran divided his forces between DC and the Federation, then offered Ingram and Giliam a choice to join his side or leave.
• Giliam joined Xiao Ran’s team but refused to fight the Federation, while Ingram asked to be confined, and the Steel and Black Gold defended Earth despite the Federation’s demands.

Xiao Ran led the Immigrant Fleet against the Void Envoys, captured White Star, and uncovered that its pilots were brainwashed humans serving the Baluma Empire. He then moved to unite Earth’s military under a new defense force and brought Vireta to a sealed warehouse to investigate a pod tied to the Outside World.

• Xiao Ran gathered reinforcements at Satellite Integration, planned the defense against the Void Envoys, and sent forces to meet attacks across Earth and space.
• Xiao Ran and his pilots fought the Void Envoys as the Immigrant Fleet arrived, then the fleets attacked White Star and broke through its defenses.
• Xiao Ran, Char, and Amuro disabled Judica without killing its pilot, then Xiao Ran entered White Star and rescued the special operations squad.
• Xiao Ran destroyed White Star’s Spirit Emission relay, and Vireta shut down the Drone Bugs, ending the resistance while revealing that brainwashed humans had served as Void Envoys.
• Xiao Ran told Bian and Shirakawa Shuu that the Baluma Empire was the true enemy, warned them about Meteorite 3, and proposed placing Earth’s military under his command while leaving civilian government independent.

Xiao Ran led the assault that stopped Meteorite III, then brought the Federation and DC under a reorganized Earth military. After becoming President of Satellite Integration, he prepared Earth for future threats and demanded a formal meeting with Shiun Theodore’s people on the Moon.

• Xiao Ran’s forces fought Meteorite III as it drained Hades Island and produced Judicas, then used Reaction Missiles and a coordinated assault to let Luo recover the damaged structure before it could sink the island.
• Xiao Ran gave the Federation thirty minutes to accept his terms, and El-Elf negotiated a settlement that placed its highest military command, factories, and research institutions under Satellite Integration.
• Xiao Ran reorganized the Federation, DC, and Satellite Integration forces into a new Earth Force, assigned commanders and fleets, and appointed Durandal vice president.
• Xiao Ran became President of Satellite Integration and received a two-year mission to defend the Earth Sphere, then assigned his commanders to build up forces, train pilots, and prepare new weapons and units.
• Xiao Ran met Shiun Theodore and, after investigating his forged records and unusual nature, welcomed him and his people as residents of Earth while demanding a meeting with their leader.
• Xiao Ran set the meeting with Shiun Theodore’s king for the Moon, imposed limits on the delegation, and warned that he would declare war if they failed to respond within half a month.

Xiao Ran’s forces uncovered Glandon’s plot to seize power and endanger the Gate of Sealing, then helped Princess Shanamia stabilize Frie and negotiate its integration with Earth. Shanamia proposed a marriage alliance with Xiao Ran, which he accepted, while he also began addressing a weakness in Darkness Sky’s attacks.

• Xiao Ran mobilized Earth’s forces around the Moon after learning that the Moon People were manufacturing Requiem, while Shiun Theodore discovered their hidden lunar chamber and warned them not to underestimate humans.
• Shiun Theodore urged Princess Shanamia and Frie’s lords to avoid war, but Knight Commander Glandon pushed for conflict and planned to use negotiations at the South Pole to advance his ambitions.
• Chief Spy Carolan secretly allied with Kane and revealed Glandon’s plan to seize power and destroy the Gate of Sealing, while Xiao Ran prepared to stop him and protect the South Pole.
• Glandon surrounded Shanamia, Aiseldar, and Carolan, but Kane, El-Elf, and Satellite Integration fighters subdued him and his forces, and Kane later killed Glandon and preserved a genetic sample for a Photocopy Person.
• Kane brought Shanamia to Earth, where Xiao Ran and Sheryl welcomed her, and Carolan urged her to pursue a marriage alliance with Xiao Ran to secure Frie’s future.
• At formal integration talks, Shanamia sought to preserve Frie’s military and sovereignty, then proposed marrying Xiao Ran in exchange for concessions on technology sharing and military integration.
