Luo and Basak searched for Master Asia, fought the Devil Gundam with him, and left the G Gundam world with new skills and technology. Back in Prometheus, Xiao Ran welcomed their return and began considering how to use their findings to build machines during the rest period.

• Luo and Basak bought a new Gundam frame and supplies from Boss Ya, then traveled to Shinjuku to search for Master Asia.
• When the Devil Gundam’s forces attacked Shinjuku, Luo and Basak rescued Master Asia and convinced him to consider restoring Earth without eliminating humanity.
• Kyoji revealed the Devil Gundam and its Serpent Head Gundams, forcing Luo, Basak, and Master Asia to fight together.
• Master Asia’s Nine Dragon Gundam destroyed most of the clones and battled the Devil Gundam, which escaped underground after their final clash.
• Luo chose a Multi-Layered Power System component from his mission reward, while Boss Ya’s delivered Outer Armor completed his machine as Test Unit 1.
• Luo and Basak trained with Master Asia, gave him purification and recycling technology, then entered tournament battles before accepting the final mission against the Devil Gundam.
• Xiao Ran received mission rewards as Luo, Basak, Graham, and Cruze returned to Prometheus, where El-Elf, Saki Maski, and Zechs also arrived.

Xiao Ran established the Burning Legion, organized its rules and recruits, and strengthened his team before entering a Gundam world on a Newbie Mission. When war erupted, he seized Gundams to protect his companions, leaving himself poised to intervene in the battle.

• Cruze recounted how he had built influence in the Earth Federation and OZ, then used the chaos surrounding a colony attack and OZ’s Ray Cannon to disband OZ and establish a new government with the colonies.
• Xiao Ran reviewed his team’s rewards and costs, sold surplus items, and established the Burning Legion with Winnie’s help, choosing Dark Vision and Dream Return as its skills.
• Xiao Ran and Cruze organized the Legion’s authority, rules, and recruitment, while Xiao Ran affiliated the Super Dimension Fortress Frontier 25th Fleet with the Legion.
• Xiao Ran returned to the 25th Fleet, arranged its trade and technical cooperation, and sold Old Luo a fully equipped MACROSS-class Battleship for nineteen million Merit Points.
• Xiao Ran strengthened his team, sent one group on a Legion Mission, and entered a Gundam Newbie Mission with El-Elf, Zechs, Saki Maski, and Zoe, where Prometheus restricted most of their attributes.
• Xiao Ran gathered the scattered newcomers as an evacuation alarm sounded, then led them toward shelter while Zechs, Nalu, and Luca followed Amuro.
• Xiao Ran drove into a military hangar as a Zaku II attacked, sent Saki Maski to pilot the RX-78-2, and boarded the RX-78-1 himself.

Xiao Ran seized White Base and drew Char into a plan to challenge both the Earth Federation and Zeon, while gathering refugees and new allies. He then secured Anaheim Company’s partnership and technology, leaving White Base hidden as Zechs led supplies toward it.

• Xiao Ran’s group captured White Base and recruited refugees and crew members while Char agreed to cooperate with his plan against the Zabi family.
• Xiao Ran and Char staged a confrontation, but Char’s warship attacked the spaceport after a rogue Zaku pilot struck early, forcing White Base to flee toward the Moon.
• Xiao Ran set training and recruitment plans for the people aboard White Base, then used the group to seize a Moon-bound transport ship and reach Brown City.
• Xiao Ran, Zechs, and Glan Glan infiltrated Cardias’s home, where Xiao Ran presented advanced technology and sought Anaheim Company’s support.
• Xiao Ran and Cardias agreed to build a covert force, overthrow the Zabi family, and later expose the Box of Laplace, with Xiao Ran taking a 65% stake in Anaheim Company.
• Xiao Ran joined Anaheim as a partner, assigned Luca and Saki Maski to the company, ordered secret M1 Astray production, and sent Zechs with supplies toward White Base.

Xiao Ran built an alliance around Anaheim Company and led the Astray MS Battalion through the Odyssey Operation, capturing Karmar Zabi while exposing the Federation’s hostility. After the Federation victory, he expanded the Burning Legion and the Astray Fleet, just as a new announcement disrupted the calm.

• Xiao Ran recruited Char to his cause, presented the M1 Astray to Federation power brokers, and secured their support for Anaheim Company’s plans and weapons orders.
• Char brought nearly a hundred Zeon pilots to the Moon, and Xiao Ran prepared the Astray Battalion for the Odyssey Operation before recruiting Amuro and deploying to Earth.
• Xiao Ran’s Astray Battalion repeatedly broke through Zeon lines, rescued Federal Army troops, captured thousands of soldiers, and secured strategic positions.
• Char warned Xiao Ran of a trap, then arranged a battlefield confrontation that let him turn Ramba Ral and other Zeon pilots against Karmar Zabi’s forces.
• Char revealed himself to Karmar as Casval Rem Deikun and seized him, while Xiao Ran’s forces defeated the Zeon units and withdrew toward Federation lines.
• The Earth Force Gendarmerie attacked Xiao Ran’s camp, and his battalion killed the attackers before he defied Federal officers who tried to arrest him.
