After Alaska’s destruction reshaped the balance of power in the Earth Alliance and ZAFT, Xiao Ran returned to Orb with Genesis data and helped secure a new Orb space fleet under his command. As the Archangel arrived in Orb, his missions were completed and the system offered new rewards and a dangerous Ultimate Mission.

• Alaska’s destruction weakened the Atlantic Federation, while Siegel Klein’s death and the survivors’ testimony strengthened the Klein Faction and raised Lacus Klein’s standing among ZAFT soldiers.
