From Mwu's orders, Kouji Kabuto and Tetsuya learned that the pilots of those four new machines were the same pilots they had fought earlier. They had merely used some kind of Space Ejection Device to escape before their mecha were destroyed.

Having personally fought the Impact Legion's A-Class Pilots, Kouji Kabuto and Tetsuya naturally knew how formidable their skills were. If those people were allowed to recklessly interfere with the battle, they would pose a far greater threat to the Victory Fleet than Gedim. Without hesitation, they followed Mwu's orders and charged alongside Cruze and the others at the Impact Legion's four A-class mecha.
