That voice made Xiao Ran freeze for a moment. The effeminate voice was clearly Bobby's, but the feeling behind it made Xiao Ran feel as though something had gone wrong somewhere. Bobby seemed far too familiar with the place, as if he had come here willingly rather than being forced to, leaving Xiao Ran somewhat bewildered.
Xiao Ran had originally been considering how to explain Prometheus to Bobby, but now it seemed that might not be necessary after all.
Bobby turned his head, curiously looking around the hangar, which seemed to have grown larger. He looked at the neatly arranged units lined up along one side, then at the Second Archangel, the only warship docked in the harbor. Following the Second Archangel's bow, he gazed into the vast cosmos beyond. With an astonished, admiring expression, he raised a finger and said, "What an incredible place."
"Exactly." Xiao Ran nodded with an odd expression. He was beginning to realize that the guy they had brought here seemed to have undergone some unknown change during those twenty-four hours of unconsciousness. Most importantly, Bobby did not think he had been tricked or kidnapped into coming here at all. Instead, he seemed to believe that he had willingly followed Xiao Ran to Prometheus.
After several months apart, Cruze looked almost unchanged. Wearing his mask and a white suit, he looked at Xiao Ran, then at the three new additions to the team—Bobby, Moses, and Billy. The corner of his mouth lifted slightly. "Oh? More new teammates."
The moment Bobby saw Cruze, he immediately clasped his hands together. His eyes sparkled as he stared at Cruze and said in a coquettish voice, "Oh my, oh my, who is this handsome man? That mask is so alluring."
