Green Ghost, Tengu, and Yu Ming had used a special method to reach this place connected to the inner world.
Green Ghost had placed Xie Min, who had been sealed by both himself and the Dao Sect, in the deepest and most secret part of this underground cave. At this moment, the seal Green Ghost had set was gradually coming undone. The restraints from the Dao Sect's clone alone were simply incapable of suppressing such an evil creature.
Just as Green Ghost had described, all the incarnations Nyarlathotep could control left the island together the moment Green Ghost rebelled. Seven figures rode atop a mayfly-like creature soaring through the sky, racing toward the palace at extreme speed.
Although the aura emanating from all seven figures was the same Chaos Realm aura found within the Faceless One, each gave off an entirely different feeling. Every one of them possessed unique traits. Standing at the pointed head of the mayfly creature was the second incarnation, worshipped as a god by local Nordic witches according to the highest-classified files Jia Xin had retrieved from the cultivators.
The second incarnation shared quite a few similarities with Slender Man. His face bore faint raised and sunken outlines of facial features, but none of them were actual organs. Compared to Slender Man, however, he was taller and dressed in clothing distinctly colored by the cold regions of Northern Europe.
"The connection between the Black Pharaoh incarnation and our bodies has been severed. It seems Green Ghost made thorough preparations. Even if all the incarnations die at this stage, it will not affect me much. But when the human world finally falls, these incarnations—especially the Black Pharaoh—will still serve a great purpose."
