Constantine returned through the eastern main gate, looking exhausted and yawning repeatedly. He met Azathoth's true body on the top floor of a central pavilion.
"I brought Xing Shi back as requested. He has completely devoured and absorbed Xing Tian, and the results seem quite good. If I had allowed him to fully digest it and restore his body to its peak condition, this operation of mine probably would not have gone so smoothly. Since I've finished this task for you, I can finally go back to sleep, right?"
As Azathoth, whose lower body was covered in tentacles that scraped against the floor, accepted the silver cross sealing Xing Shi, he did not immediately focus on the sealed Xing Shi. Instead, his gaze shifted to the wound on Constantine's right shoulder.

"Was Xing Shi the only one? Why do I feel that this whole plan to infiltrate Void Death City and lure out Xing Tian was carried out through the cooperation of more than two people?"
"At least, when I went to the Ghoul Realm, there was only one person there. As for how many people were meddling in Void Death City, I don't know."
