Fifty kilometers north of Atlantis Island, on the surface of the Atlantic Ocean.

A small vessel resembling a fishing boat drifted forward slowly. On closer inspection, there was not a single person aboard. However, faint spatial fluctuations emanated from the hull, as an internal space had been built between its layers.

Inside that space was an operational area resembling the interior of a large submarine, where three prison envoys from Huaxia Country were stationed.

The three wore fitted gray-black uniforms, with a skull pierced by a bayonet emblazoned over their chests. They shared the same identity—members of Huaxia Country's Secret Investigation Department. All three were Level 3 Jailer Ministers with investigation-type Soul Stones.

Three months earlier, they had been ordered to the Portuguese coast to monitor the long-emerged island of Atlantis.
