This question was far from simple. As Genomics had developed to this day, the discussions and controversies surrounding it had extended from structural and functional genomics to the evolution of life, then to philosophy, and even to the division of academic resources and political territory. It could make for a very interesting story.

What exists is justified.

Now people had already begun following up on it.

In 2012, the ENCODE Project's research results erupted all at once.

Elizabeth Pennisi, a commentator for Science magazine, summarized it this way: "This week, thirty papers were published in journals such as Nature and Science, pronouncing a death sentence on the theory of Junk DNA. The ENCODE Project has discovered that 80% of the human genome is useful."
