This sixth-sense-like intuition came from biological instinct. All living things possessed it. Humans had merely grown dull to it because they no longer faced danger and had become too comfortable.

But that did not mean it would not react when faced with enough danger.

Overwhelmed by terror, the young man fired directly at Chang Wei.
