Dr. Ashford hurriedly said to Jill's side.
"Who are you?"
Jill asked.
"There's something very important. Come find me first, and then I'll tell you everything. Hurry, or I might die. Then you won't be able to leave Raccoon City."
Dr. Ashford cautiously looked around and spoke only after confirming there were no zombies or Lickers nearby.
"Why should we believe what you say?"
Jill sneered.
"Because you have no other choice. Umbrella Corporation has decided to use a nuclear warhead to wipe out all evidence in Raccoon City. Only I know how to get out of here safely."
Dr. Ashford answered.
"A nuclear warhead? How could they dare? How could they possibly do that?"
Jill said in disbelief.
So why did a company like Umbrella even have nuclear warheads?
Chang Wei felt that was the more pressing question.
"You'd better hurry."
After saying that, Dr. Ashford gave Jill their address.
Jill put down the phone, which had already been disconnected, and looked at the others.
"What do you think?"
"What else is there to think? Of course we're going."
Chang Wei said.
"...From what I know, Umbrella Corporation is capable of doing something like this."
Aerith was unsure whether the nuclear warhead was real, but with things having gone this wrong, Raccoon City might have been founded by Umbrella Corporation, and most of its residents might have been Umbrella employees and their families. It was practically a city controlled by Umbrella Corporation.
But it still belonged to America, after all. America would definitely hold them accountable. In a situation like this, using a nuclear warhead or something else to solve the problem was entirely possible.
"If that's the case, shouldn't we hurry up and leave Raccoon City?"
