The Sea God Halberd is an ancient deep-blue battle halberd, originally described as roughly twelve feet long. Its cool, heavy body has a texture neither metallic nor jade-like, while its presence carries the oppressive humidity and vastness of the sea. 376 382

History

According to Imperial Butterfly, the Sea God Halberd was originally the Water God Clan's clan-suppressing divine artifact in the Immortal Realm. It was damaged during an ancient war in which gods fell, then descended into the lower realm. Minggu Sea Emperor later obtained it and spent his life studying and repairing it, though he never restored it completely. 748

By the time of its first appearance, it had become the Wu Family's ancestral divine weapon and was wielded by Wu Chen. Lu Changsheng acquired it as spoils of war, then discovered that its wave-pattern engravings concealed the Sea God Halberd Art. 376 382

The halberd gradually accepted Lu as its master. It nourished him with water-element energy, responded independently to danger and rival divine weapons, and evolved through exposure to spiritual soil and the Heart of the Ocean. 388 500 660 673

In the Sea Suppression Hall, the halberd reunited with the two components it lacked: its original memories and the Primordial Water Origin Pearl.
