Orsaga destroyed Alara World, then entered the World Tree and seized control of the Endless Storm Domain by transforming its Demons through a slaughter ritual. He left Mavis as a powerful but subordinate survivor while secretly setting events in motion to weaken the dragons of Tachyon World.

• Orsaga activated the Dark Duel in Alara World, killed its defenders, and departed as the barrier consumed the world and the Ancestor Beast.
• Nicoterus found Alara World missing and triggered a disturbance in the river of time, prompting the Primordial Dragon to send him to investigate.
• Orsaga entered the demon world, learned about the World Tree and its pantheons, then transformed himself into a native Demon and raised a catastrophic storm in the Endless Storm Domain.

• Orsaga ordered the Slaughter Ritual to recur every five years, then created newborn Demons from intercepted concepts and Black Mana, alarming Mavis and the other demons.
• Orsaga seized the Death Reaper and Life Shepherd, transformed them into Emiryna and Domilia, and sent them to plant his Red Gemstones in Asgard and Isfe.

• Kaisa discovered Phyrexia’s vast forces in Ryss World and escaped the Demon Judges, then warned Dominaria that the worlds would soon connect.
• Kaisa learned that Dominaria needed Evolution Star Potions and negotiated ten million vials on credit from Archbishop Erebus, with a further three million tied to promotion.
• Tevish Shat secretly sought to undermine the potions, but Brigadier General Gu Fu detected hostile agents as Dominaria prepared its defenses.
• Phyrexia invaded Dominaria, and Kaisa’s White Mana weapons purified weaker creatures while metal pillars weakened the spreading viruses.
