Identity
Tang San is a reborn incarnation who awakens in the era of Huo Yuhao, ten thousand years after his former life. He was originally a peak dual God King and seeks both to find Xiao Wu and to make the name “Tang San” dominate the era again. 180
The incarnation was created through Sea God Tang San's Divine Sense, but is possessed by another Tang San from a different timeline. This leaves him separate from—and increasingly hostile toward—the Sea God main body that created him. 180 550
Background
After Xiao Wu's death, Tang San perished and was reborn as an eleven- or twelve-year-old boy on Sea God Island. Bo Saibei, the island's High Priest, recognized his Sea God bloodline and supported his plan to enter Shrek Academy. 180
Tang San retains memories of his former life, including Tang Sect techniques and knowledge of the future. He regards the Tang San active in the God Realm as inadequate and intends to replace him, restore Tang Sect dominance, and displace Soul Tools with improved Hidden Weapons. 180
He enters the Star Dou Great Forest to acquire Soul Rings, killing a baboon Soul Beast and defeating a thousand-year Mandala Snake. His use of Blue Silver Grass, Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track, Mysterious Jade Hand, and Hidden Weapons causes Tang Ya to believe he may be the reincarnation of Tang Sect's founder. 182
Tang San later reveals the Clear Sky Hammer, confirming that he possesses the same Twin Martial Souls attributed to the Tang Sect ancestor. This strengthens Tang Ya and Shrek's belief that he could revive the declining Tang Sect. 194 205
Appearance
Tang San initially appears as an ordinary-looking boy around eleven or twelve years old. Following severe poisoning and medical treatment, his appearance becomes markedly androgynous, with blue hair, unusually fair skin, and delicate features that make him difficult for acquaintances to recognize. 180 683 693
- Slender build. 203 693
- Blue hair after his later physical changes. 693
- Wields Blue Silver Grass, later awakened as the Blue Silver Emperor. 203 610
- Can manifest the black Clear Sky Hammer. 194
- His altered appearance becomes a source of humiliation and anger for him. 693 695
Personality
Tang San is proud, ambitious, and deeply convinced of his own superiority. He sees himself as the proper Child of Destiny and considers the restoration of Tang Sect glory a personal duty. 180 249
He is highly suspicious and strategic, concealing his motives when useful and viewing people around him as potential assets, threats, or obstacles. He plans to seize dangerous powers for himself and has considered controlling the Child of Destiny through extreme means. 175 205
His pride makes humiliation especially difficult for him to endure. Defeats by Ma Jiaqi, Dai Huabin, Xu Sanshi, Tian Shuqiu, and others repeatedly provoke resentment and killing intent. 250 270 313 696
