Hunting Symbiotes, Little Spider

On a pedestrian street shrouded in neon.

A decaying human remnant landed on the pavement, causing the onlookers to scream and scatter!

A black blur flashed past, and Xi Nian lightly landed beside the remains. His vertical pupils burned like pale blue flames, and his dark, leathery body displayed a streamlined musculature.

Venom's voice rasped in his mind, "It's already attached itself to another nearby human. Clearly, its strength is far greater than the first symbiote, capable of choosing almost any human as a host!"

Xi Nian, in his small black cat form, scanned the fleeing crowd like a top-tier predator. None of the pedestrians showed any obvious signs of symbiote infestation. He quickly realized the second symbiote intended to use the chaos to escape.

"Where's the symbiote?" Xi Nian's lips curled into a grin, and he impatiently urged.

The symbiote and the Essence Devourer Beast's instincts and bestial nature intertwined and rampaged, pushing his human rationality to the brink of collapse. Brutality, wildness, indifference, and other inhuman evils assailed his mind and body, causing Xi Nian's conduct to become increasingly unrestrained and reckless!

Xi Nian had torn apart the human host that the symbiote had parasitized. Even though he knew the person was beyond saving, and that delaying any longer would result in more innocent lives being lost, his actions were indeed the optimal solution at the time. Then, forming a thirty-meter boundary, hard tentacles made of black slime erupted from the ground, piercing straight up into the night sky ten meters above!

The dozens of hard tentacles formed a dense barrier of spikes, trapping everyone within the thirty-meter radius!

The scene fell into dead silence!

But they soon discovered that the extending tentacles were soft, as if equipped with ordinary cat paw pads. The tentacles merely brushed against shoulders or chests before quickly moving on, systematically touching and probing everyone within the barrier of tentacles.

Xi Nian was using touch to identify the human host infected by the second symbiote.

After all, symbiotes could infect silently, and without controlling consciousness, even the host themselves often wouldn't know they'd been infected.

When Xi Nian had screened over half the people. Amidst the crowd, a middle-aged man standing towards the back frowned slightly and inexplicably touched his chest.

"What are you saying, I'm not a monster!" The middle-aged man also found it somewhat unbelievable and couldn't help but retort. Suddenly, his eyes widened in terror as a mass of grayish-green viscous liquid surged out from his open mouth!

Half of the liquid remained inside the man, while the other half hovered in the air, writhing as if alive!

"Found you!" Xi Nian, now a perfect three-in-one, was decisive and ruthless. The instant the second symbiote was exposed, his elongated tentacles instantly transformed into hardened, pointed spikes and lunged forward to strike.

Piercing the air, the tendril-like spike penetrated the gray-green symbiote's body, impaling it on the railing behind it!

"Sizzle!"

The second symbiote surged violently, abruptly shedding the impaled portion. The remaining liquid body, like a water cannon or a gray-green net, surged towards the woman not far to the side.

"Aunt May, watch out!"

Peter spread his arms, shielding Aunt May. The gray-green liquid then flowed smoothly into his body!
