It really was that old man from the Serpent Emblem Conglomerate.

Someone from the Serpent Emblem Conglomerate had appeared in the city guard dispatch hall and was drinking tea with a gang leader.

His appearance matches the result from Ask the Corpse, but it also saw someone familiar there: the old man from the Serpent Emblem Conglomerate who gave us the items yesterday. The two seemed to be planning something and were waiting for the White Wings Gang Leader's arrangements."
