Physician in the Demonic Beast Mountain Range

Xiao Yi Xian first appears as a physician accompanying mercenaries attacked by three Second-Tier Demonic Beasts. Xiao Shuang's group intervenes and saves the survivors 34. She repays him with Healing Medicine, eventually spending all her savings to prepare an entire wooden crate. Her formula includes Blood Coagulating Grass, Bone-Regenerating Flower, and Vitality Fruit 37 170.

Becoming the Heavenly Poison Woman

After obtaining the Seven-Colored Poison Scripture, she learns that she possesses the Calamity Poison Body: a constitution that turns consumed poison into cultivation strength but ultimately subjects its owner to Ten Thousand Poisons Devouring Body 110.

She travels to the Chu Yun Empire, where abundant poisons accelerate her cultivation. When a family with a Dou Wang expert targets her, she completely unseals her constitution and poisons the entire family to death. Their collection raises her to Dou Huang; after two years of seclusion, she becomes known as the Heavenly Poison Woman 110.
