Organization
Elder Hall
Elder Hall was Spirit Hall’s core institution, with generous benefits and authority concentrated among its enshrined and elders. Its members included the seven great enshrined, while Angel Hall remained tied to the Angel God and succession matters. 66 67 118
- Great Enshrined — Qian Daoliu led the elders and directed major operations before his disappearance. 67 118
- Seven Enshrined — Spirit Hall’s highest-ranked titled experts; the Sixth Enshrined seat was vacant after Subduing Demon Douluo’s death and later awarded to Su Mutian. 67 110
- Angel Hall — Retained separate authority even after the Grand Hall Master position was created; it handled angel-related affairs and guarded the Angel God’s legacy. 118 123
Douluo Hall
Douluo Hall originally recruited civilian soul masters and served as Spirit Hall’s public-facing organization for lower-ranking personnel. After the founding of Pope Hall, it became the continent-wide intelligence and public-incident platform. 66 119
- Registered recruits and assigned posts within Spirit Hall. 66
- Received intelligence from sects and handled public incidents. 119
- Held influence in the election of the temporary Grand Hall Master through its representatives and elders. 118
Pope Hall
Su Mutian established Pope Hall as an institution equal in rank to Douluo Hall, with the Saintess and Holy Son as its highest commanders. It became Bibi Dong’s power base and Spirit Hall’s main administrative force. 119 123
- Received and managed civilian soul masters across the continent. 119
- Connected Spirit Hall’s academies and expanded education and benefits for commoner soul masters. 119
- Defended Spirit Hall’s order after Elder Hall withdrew from day-to-day public affairs. 123
Sect Hall and Deacon Halls
Following the takeover of Heaven Dou, Spirit Hall established a Sect Hall and spirit-system management halls to organize sects and classify soul masters by specialization. 128 132
- Sect Hall — Oversaw sect affairs within the Heaven Dou Empire. 128
- Deacon Halls — Managed different spirit-master systems, including support, assault, and control types. 132
- Affiliated sects — Former independent sects were required to establish sect halls, transfer territory, and accept resident Spirit Hall organizations. 132
History
Spirit Hall was already a leading force on the continent, described as standing below the empires yet above the sects. Under Qian Daoliu, it sought to outgrow the limitations of being merely a sect and pursued the long-term goal of becoming an empire. 43
Its growth relied heavily on recruiting civilian soul masters. While noble clans possessed stronger bloodlines, Spirit Hall recognized that the continent’s vast commoner population could produce far more soul masters through large-scale awakening and recruitment efforts. 38 65
After Subduing Demon Douluo was killed and Thousand Jun Douluo was maimed by the masked Su Mutian, Spirit Hall issued a special wanted notice for “Diga” and associated him with Evil Spirit Masters. 63 67 Qian Daoliu then convened an emergency council of titled douluo, assigning regional operations and seeking support from the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect for a campaign against Evil Spirit Masters. 67
Qian Daoliu promoted Su Mutian, operating as Green Lotus Elder, to Sixth Enshrined after the Angel Crystal produced an “overflowing light” response to his test. 110 When Qian Daoliu later vanished and was imprisoned on Sea God Island, Spirit Hall’s elders created the temporary office of Grand Hall Master to oversee all authority outside Angel Hall. Su Mutian won the election, then defeated Silver Badger Douluo and Dragon Subduing Douluo to secure their submission. 118 119
As Hall Master, Su Mutian created Pope Hall and elevated Bibi Dong’s political role. He subsequently reformed Spirit Hall’s institutions and affiliated sects, emphasizing policies more favorable to commoners while moving Elder Hall into a more secluded angel-focused role. 119 123
Spirit Hall’s conflict with the Heaven Dou Royal Family escalated after the royal court spread rumors that it harbored Evil Spirit Masters. 123 Spirit Hall seized control of the Heaven Dou imperial palace, declared itself the empire’s imperial sect, and took responsibility for political and military affairs. 125 It then compelled the Upper Three Sects and numerous smaller organizations to merge under its jurisdiction. 130 132
Following the establishment of the Spirit Hall Empire, Feng Wentian was appointed grand marshal and given command over the imperial army and large contingents of Spirit Hall soul masters. 139 The empire later invaded Star Luo, captured its capital, and announced victory after the fall of the Star Luo Imperial Palace. 161 164
Policies and Operations
Civilian Soul Master Development
Spirit Hall treated commoners as a major source of talent rather than limiting recruitment to established clans and sects. Its expansion among civilian soul masters became one of the organization’s greatest strengths. 65 119

- Offered recruits registration, positions, funding, education, and institutional support. 66 96 119
- Provided Saintess Selection Competition participants with at least one thousand Gold Soul Coins in support. 96
- Allowed qualified individuals beyond its academies to join and receive Spirit Hall benefits and authority. 126
Spirit Hall Academy
Spirit Hall Academy possessed major facilities and a teaching staff that included Soul Sages and Titled Douluo. Elders occasionally instructed students directly and could accept favored students as final disciples. 96
- Hosted the Saint Son Selection Competition under Qian Daoliu. 96
- Gathered gifted students such as Yue Guan and Ghostly during Spirit Hall’s campaign against Evil Spirit Masters. 102
- Served as the proposed shared talent-training base for Spirit Hall and the major sects. 105
Campaign Against Evil Spirit Masters
The Heaven Dou Royal Family granted Spirit Hall full authority to stabilize the empire and deal with Evil Spirit Masters. 65
- Organized a continent-scale encirclement and suppression plan under Qian Daoliu. 67
- Assigned Holy Dragon Douluo to the eastern Heaven Dou region and Silver Badger Douluo to seal northern routes. 67
- Sent Golden Crocodile Douluo and the law-enforcement team to conduct broad regional sweeps. 67
- Used the campaign to strengthen public faith in Spirit Hall and the Angel God. 67
Sect Merger
Spirit Hall’s merger policy ended the independence of major sects within Heaven Dou and placed them under centralized administration. 130 132
- Announced that thirty-nine sects and three hundred ninety-eight smaller gangs had already agreed to merge. 130
- Pressured the Upper Three Sects to submit by demonstrating that Spirit Hall could replace their specialized talents and resources. 130
- Required merged sects to cede territory, establish sect halls, and accept resident Spirit Hall organizations. 132
