The obstruction of the Four-Dimensional Fragments worsened The Great Voyage Organization's already insufficient resource situation. Moving forward would require even greater caution, which would increase the pressure on its exploration efforts.
But there was no alternative. Things had come to this, and they had to press on. No matter what, they had to reach the Andromeda Galaxy—and the sooner, the better. The longer they were delayed on the way, the more severe the resource crisis would become.
For now, things were still manageable. Every civilization had made ample preparations before The Great Voyage began. Although some civilizations had already encountered resource and energy shortages, that was due to their positions in the formation and certain ultra-heavy spacecraft. Civilizations such as the Feather Civilization, Human Civilization, and the Awakeners had not yet reached the point of dismantling transport ships.
But if they wanted to preserve the other civilizations and avoid The Great Voyage Organization falling apart, they would have no choice but to consider supporting them along the road ahead.
This was a practical problem. If The Great Voyage Organization did not want to wipe out other civilizations through war as it had the Celestial Star Civilization, it had to provide aid to those suffering from resource shortages.
Yet doing so clearly went against the original intentions of the Four Characteristic Technology Civilizations. They had used their privileges during The Great Voyage to remain in the less strenuous positions in the formation, all to reduce their own consumption. If they now had to support other civilizations, what had all their previous planning been for?
In fact, that had originally been the plan of the Four Characteristic Technology Civilizations. Unfortunately, one of them was the Divine Matrix Civilization. Its Neutron War Star was simply too heavy, so even though it had remained
