Seeing that the Lancai Civilization was already showing signs of ending its civil war through cooperation, the civilizations of The Great Voyage Organization stopped interfering with them and merely observed their development from afar, watching to see what effect the Black Monolith would have on them.
A small number of civilizations found this somewhat regrettable. They had originally upheld the philosophy of the Divine Matrix Civilization and wanted to destroy the Lancai People's homeworld, then see whether they would grow stronger through adversity like humanity or sink into ruin and extinction. But without the organization's permission, none of them dared to do so.
After all, many civilizations knew what had happened to the Celestial Star Civilization. If another Human Civilization really appeared, there was no telling whether they themselves might face that day too.
Who could say what the future held?
Back on The Great Voyage Organization's side, while the various civilizations observed the development of the Lancai Civilization, they also actively prepared to set sail again. Large numbers of new Transport Ships were manufactured, and because of this, a great many stars in the cosmos went dark.
The project progressed very smoothly. A thousand years passed like this, and the civilizations of The Great Voyage Organization, now well practiced, had more or less completed replenishing their Transport Ships.
During these thousand years, the Lancai Civilization officially stepped into the ranks of a Tier 1 Civilization, but two factions seemed to have appeared within them: the Voyage Faction and the Stay-at-Home Faction. The former wanted to abandon their homeworld and explore the universe, while the latter, because of the Black Monolith, wanted to remain on the homeworld and continue studying it.
