They knew very well that controlling a secret of infinity was the hallmark of a God-Level Civilization, but they had no idea what kind of infinity it was.

Humanity's String-based Computer was a limit approaching infinite computing power.
Looking at the String-based Computer alone, the other three civilizations had already fallen far behind Human Civilization, because even now, none of them had mastered any kind of ultimate technology or creation in any field.
Moreover, perhaps so-called mastery of a certain infinity did not mean simply looking toward that infinity and developing in its direction. It was like ascending to a Cosmic Civilization: mastering Vacuum Zero-Point Energy was only the hallmark of becoming a Cosmic Civilization. In reality, becoming a Cosmic Civilization still required technological progress in every field.
Technological development advanced side by side in many cases. Even if differences existed, they would not be too outrageous. And there were far too many factors that affected technological development. Besides the intelligence and talent of a species, there were also all kinds of social factors, organizational forms, and other humanistic elements.
So Silver Heart, Daya, and the Awakeners knew they lagged behind humanity in the secret of the Infinite Safe, but they were not anxious, because they all knew what each of their civilizations ought to do most at this stage.
They ought to take advantage of this hard-won period to develop all branches of their Cosmic Civilization Technology Tree and push their own civilizations to the peak of Cosmic Civilization. This was what the four civilizations should be doing at this stage.
Humanity had moved a little faster, but this was something they also needed to do, and it was likewise of the utmost importance.
