Interstellar voyages took days or even dozens of days at a time, so while both sides were traveling together, time was not actually pressing.
The travel technology of a Level 5 Civilization had improved, and accordingly, their range of activity had expanded. Naturally, the time they spent operating had also grown longer.
This gave both sides ample time to communicate while making tactical maneuvers.
Humanity used this time to exchange information with the Daya Civilization and learn what exactly was going on with the Space Creatures.
The Daya Civilization was quite forthcoming.
From them, humanity learned that this had all been orchestrated by the Daya Civilization.
After the Daya Civilization Main Fleet had been wiped out by the Microscopic Demons, the fleet commander who had survived alongside humanity led his fleet back to the Main Civilization and brought back news of the Microscopic Demons.
There was also the matter of the Star Sea Grand Alliance taking the opportunity to attack their Main Civilization fleet. Although the Daya Civilization knew that the main fleet that had predicted the Microscopic Demons was doomed anyway, they still harbored a grudge over it.
Combined with the fact that they had never gotten along with the Star Sea Grand Alliance in the first place, they came up with this plan to kill two birds with one stone.
As it happened, they discovered the Space Creature Nest during this process.
They would lure the Space Creatures here to fight the Star Sea Grand Alliance, then reap the
