Gengar placed its hands before its chest as countless streams of energy gathered between them in a spiral.

Countless purple energies could be seen forming a Shadow Ball between its hands.

When the smoke cleared, Nidoking stood before everyone without a single injury.

Seeing this, Gengar gathered countless streams of purple energy between its hands again, forming Shadow Balls and firing them continuously.

They shot out like missiles as Nidoking raised its arms before itself, allowing countless blasts to strike its body.

The Shadow Balls exploded across its body. Nidoking spread its arms and grinned, completely unharmed. The attacks had not inflicted much damage.

Sato's eyes narrowed. Its defense is way too strong. Those attacks didn't do anything at all.

"Gengar, Dark Pulse."

Gengar's eyes widened, and then it opened its mouth. An invisible aura instantly enveloped the entire field.

It pressed down on Nidoking as an invisible wave shot from its mouth.

It struck Nidoking, whose eyes narrowed in slight surprise.

It endured Gengar's attack head-on.

But the result was no different from before. It had not caused much damage.

Gengar sped up. Despite its chubby appearance, it was not slow at all.

It instantly closed in on Nidoking. Purple flames shrouded its fists, blazing fiercely as it unleashed its full momentum.

An ordinary Pokémon would have been terrified at the sight.

But it had no effect on Nidoking. It raised its arms and blocked the attack head-on.
