"I know that," Eichi said. "So what are your terms for the exchange?"
"No need," Sato said. "I'll give it to you directly, as an extra gift for trading Dratini with me."
"To be honest, it's only valuable in the hands of a Trainer who owns a Dratini."

After pausing for a second, Eichi said, "Then thank you."
Eichi knew that Sato was doing him a favor. However, the only thing he had that could be used to trade for a training plan was probably Gene Evolution Liquid.
