Huo Yuhao's expression remained calm. He shook his head and spoke softly:
"You needn't thank me. I said before that suppressing the Evil Fire is part of my deal with Shrek. You don't need to thank me separately.
"As for what I look like—sorry, that's not possible."
"You—"
Ma Xiaotao was rendered speechless. But seeing that Huo Yuhao's expression left no room for negotiation, she could only snort angrily before reaching out to take the card he handed her.
I don't believe it! One day, I'll see what you really look like!
Thinking this, Ma Xiaotao took the card and turned to leave.
Watching Ma Xiaotao's departing back, Huo Yuhao let out a slight breath of relief.
After several months of getting along, his relationship with Ma Xiaotao had basically eased up. At the very least, they were no longer as tense as they had been after their first treatment.

After every routine Evil Fire sealing, she would ask to see what he really looked like, but Huo Yuhao refused every time.
