Then he looked into her eyes and encouraged her casually.
"You can do it. Believe in yourself. Just grab those rats and beat them up. This is much easier than saving people, trust me."
Wanda nodded, then left Su Yi's side and took several steps forward.
Those few steps stood out sharply amid the retreating crowd.
Someone noticed Wanda stepping out.
But they did not know who she was.
Then,
Wanda raised both hands, forming her distinctive spellcasting gesture.
Scarlet magical energy gathered in her hands as well.
"It's the Scarlet Witch!"
The crowd recognized Wanda at once.
Everyone knew who she was from that distinctive gesture and the scarlet magic.
"It's her?!"
"Should we keep running?"
"Run! She'll hurt us by accident!"
Hearing the words around her,
Wanda was somewhat affected.
She turned to look at Su Yi behind her.
Su Yi did not move at all, still watching her from behind.
And Su Yi nodded.
As if to say, You can do it. Keep going!
Wanda nodded.
Her hair drifted through the air under the influence of her magic.
Then Wanda activated the Chaos Magic in her hands.
She swept both hands outward.
Scarlet energy instantly seized a group of rats!
And it caught several of them at once!
But what should she do next?
Wanda hesitated slightly.
She turned back to look at Su Yi again.
Su Yi did not say anything.
He merely raised one hand into the air, then clenched it hard!
Wanda immediately understood and nodded.
Then she turned back and copied Su Yi, clenching her hand tightly.
"Splat~~~!"
In an instant,
the rats in the air all exploded into blood mist and vanished!
Before Chaos Magic,
mutated rats like these were not even worth mentioning!
It was already fortunate that they could become blood mist.
At least they had not been utterly annihilated and erased into nothingness.
But Wanda turned back excitedly and said in delight,
"Su! I did it!"
Su Yi gave her a thumbs-up.
But though he smiled, he still said helplessly,
"Wanda, could you stop looking at me for now and deal with these 'little monsters' first?"
Wanda nodded shyly.
