Then they all started looking around for Wanda.

Wanda possessed Chaos Magic, but she had no idea how to train it.
She had never received systematic training.
So right now, she was like a child with a Tiger tank who didn't know how to drive it!
There were two solutions to this problem.
The first was to go to Kamar-Taj and learn from The Ancient One!
The second was to get the Darkhold sooner!
As for the Darkhold's negative effects,
that wasn't much of a problem.
Su Yi had purification abilities.
If he could erase the will within the Phoenix Fragment, then couldn't he purify the Darkhold's negative effects too?
But those were matters for the future.
At the very least, Su Yi had no reason to do that much for Wanda right now.
And Wanda wouldn't accept such a huge favor from Su Yi for nothing.
They could talk about it later.
"Gwen! Over here!"
"Come on! You're the only one missing!"
At that moment,
Mary Jane Watson and Betty Brant, Gwen's bandmates onstage, both waved at Gwen when they saw her, urging her to hurry over.
The band's performance was about to begin.
"I have to go, Su. Hold my bag for me!"

the band began performing.

After hearing the opening section, the surrounding crowd gave their verdicts.
Then they began watching the band perform along with the music.
This time, Gwen and the others were performing an instrumental metal track!
The kind of high-energy background music people often heard!
"Bang~ bang~ bang~"
Gwen's drumming seemed to pound directly into their hearts.
Every strike of her drums made the audience nod their heads or shake their legs along with the beat!
Instrumental music that could move people's bodies like that
was good music!
Su Yi stretched out his hand and clapped along with Gwen's drums.
Wanda stood beside him.
She leaned closer and whispered,
"Even though I don't understand it, the band's music sounds really good!"
"As long as it sounds good," Su Yi replied with a smile near her ear. "The purpose of music is to sound good. If it doesn't sound good, then it isn't good music!"
Wanda thought about it. That was true.
And so,
as the band's music spread,
more and more people gathered in front of the stage.
There had only been twenty or thirty people at first.
But now there were nearly a hundred!
When the band members onstage saw the growing audience, their moods and energy rose higher and higher.
The music they played became increasingly impassioned as well.
Time slowly passed.
By 6:47 in the evening, the sun had set, and night was beginning to fall.
