Hierarchy and Society

• Demon God Emperor — Feng Xiu is the race's supreme ruler and the wielder of the First Demon God Pillar, a Super Divine Artifact. His authority can compel even powerful Demon Gods to withdraw or abandon battles. 8 220
• Demon God Pillars — The Seventy-one Demon God Pillars are fundamental to the Demon Race. Their destruction is treated as an urgent racial crisis, while a surviving pillar can be restored and await a new Demon God. 29 60
• Core Demon Gods — The Demon Gods of the first six pillars hold supreme authority; all Demon Gods below the Seventh Pillar are required to obey them. 3

Demon God Pillars empower their associated Demon Gods, influence nearby demons, and function as core strategic assets for the entire race.

• The Sixth Demon God Pillar's earth and demonic energy strengthened the Bear Demon forces and affected their eyes and bloodlust; its light could also restore the Bear Demon God's injuries. 3 5

Demon God Transformation

A Demon God may merge with their Demon God Pillar to enhance their body, equipment, and cultivation.

• The transformation can raise a Demon God's strength by as much as two tiers. 5
• Lightning Demon God Pal's transformation raised his defense to Ninth-Tier Level Six, though his attack was only at Ninth-Tier Level Five. 76

Heavenly Demon Disintegration

Some Demon Gods use Heavenly Demon Disintegration as an extreme power-amplification technique.

• The technique can raise combat power by several minor tiers; the transformed Demon Gods advanced from around Ninth-Tier Level Four to Level Six, with some reaching Level Seven. 236

Large-Scale Military Forces

The Demon Race fields vast conventional armies alongside high-tier demons and Demon Gods.

• The Bear Demon tribe included numerous eighth- and ninth-tier demons beneath the Sixth Demon God Pillar. 3
• Six Demon Gods led a force of hundreds of thousands against Demon Extermination Pass during the Spring Offensive. 88
• During the Zhennan Pass campaign, the race committed twelve Demon Gods, more than fifty Ninth-Tier combatants, and over two hundred Eighth-Tier elites into Heavenly Lock Zhennan. 231

History

The Demon Race launched an Autumn Offensive against Dragon Control Pass under Bear Demon God Oliver, who disobeyed Feng Xiu's orders in an attempt to seize the pass and establish his own hegemony. His forces were stopped by Long Xingyu and the Doomsday and Slaughter Divine Seal Throne, while Ananda's arrival forced the confrontation into a larger crisis. Feng Xiu's aura ultimately compelled the demon forces to withdraw. 4 5 8

The race suffered a major setback at Demon Extermination Pass when six Demon Gods attacked under Lightning Demon God Pal. Long Xingyu killed Azure Demon Rider Xier, defeated Pal, and annihilated several fleeing Demon Gods. With their commanders dead and their formation broken, the demon army retreated while human forces destroyed most of the invading army. 73 79 81 82

Two years later, the Demon Race resumed its Spring Offensive at Dragon Control Pass. Serpent Spear Demon God Aligo sought vengeance for Pal, but was killed alongside his pillar. The Great Divine Artifact evolution of Long Xingyu's throne then suppressed the demon army, while Unicorn Demon God Andusia and Phoenix Demon God Phoenix also fell before the offensive ended. 94 96 98 99

The Demon Race later gathered major forces around Feng Xiu and Ananda for a confrontation with the Knight Temple. Ananda was ultimately killed along with the Seventh Demon God Pillar, after which Bear Demon God Oliver attempted to assassinate Long Xingyu and was also slain. The resulting loss left the Bear Demon Race without a Demon God for ten years. 123 137 139 140

Following Oliver's death, Agareus used the Bear Demon tribe as compensation to avert open war, binding its elites and allowing Long Xingyu to claim their corpses and demon cores. This exposed the depth of internal power struggles among the Demon Gods and preceded Agareus's overt secret cooperation with Long Xingyu. 143 144 146 147

Necromancer Demon God Samikina later attacked Dragon Control Pass while the Temple Alliance was occupied elsewhere. The Temple Federation countered, killed Samikina, shattered the Fourth Demon God Pillar, and routed the demon army. Feng Xiu subsequently ordered caution rather than immediate retaliation because of the growing number of unknown human advantages. 191 196 197 199

The Demon Race then prepared an assault on Zhennan Pass to obtain the Goddess of Nature's Divine Spark from Dream Paradise, which Feng Xiu believed could support his path to godhood. Its elite force entered Heavenly Lock Zhennan believing it held a decisive numerical advantage, but faced the assembled Divine Seal Thrones and Long Xingyu's overwhelming strength. 205 227 231 233 241
