• Xiao Cheng traveled with Xiao Wu to the Tagor Desert, met Haibodong, and promised to help remove his seal while recognizing his map fragment as part of the Purifying Demonic Lotus Flame map.
• Xiao Cheng and his companions rescued the Mo Tie Mercenary Group, where he reunited with Xiao Ding and Xiao Li and left Haibodong in their care before heading toward the Snake People Tribe.
• Xiao Cheng persuaded Yue Mei to lead him to Queen Medusa, and his pastries impressed the snake people they encountered along the way.

Xiao Cheng cured Haibodong, developed Ruyi Zhai, and destroyed the Wolf Head Mercenary Group and Jia Lie Family after they plotted against him. He advanced in cultivation and designed a membership system while Xiao Wu remained damaged and Protector Wu secretly sent a puppet to kill him.

• Xiao Cheng brought Haibodong back to Ruyi Zhai, where Horseshoe Pastries weakened Medusa’s seal and sent Haibodong flying to the Imperial Capital, where he reunited with Mitel Tengshan.
• Xiao Cheng expanded Ruyi Zhai, pursued ways to help Xiao Yan cultivate, and began developing a membership system as the Misty Cloud Sect and other families watched the shop.
• After masked bandits robbed Ao Ba Pa’s shipment, Xiao Cheng and Xiao Wu tracked the attackers to Qingshan Town and wiped out the Wolf Head Mercenary Group.
• Xiao Cheng brought the defeated Mu She to the Jia Lie Family, where Xiao Wu killed Jia Lie Bi, Jia Lie'ao, and the remaining family members.
• Xiao Cheng learned that Xiao Wu’s core components were severely damaged, concealed the puppet’s absence from the shop’s staff, and postponed repairs that required rare materials and a Heavenly Flame alchemist.

Back at Ruyi Zhai, he advanced in cultivation, welcomed powerful visitors, and accepted a new quest to develop a fruit drink.

• Xiao Cheng cured Nalan Jie’s Scorching Poison with an upgraded Mung Bean Cake, then traveled with Haibodong to aid Xiao Ding and Xiao Li against Luobu and the Mo Family.
• Xiao Cheng tormented Luobu’s camp with prank bombs and stinky tofu, then helped repel the attackers with Haibodong’s intervention, causing Luobu and Mo Ran to withdraw.
• Xiao Cheng unlocked the Pastry Training Room, but a teleportation malfunction stranded him and Haibodong near Qingshan Town, where a Soul Hall puppet attacked them.
