"Velin, why are you here?"
Cecilia, who had been riding atop Xing's head and teasing the little griffin, spotted Velin. She tossed aside her fishing rod, flew onto his shoulder, and looked at him curiously.
Looking at the world spirit seated on his shoulder, Velin asked curiously, "Cecilia, can you create an icy, snowy region within the Demiplane?"
"Sure!"
"How large do you want it?"
Cecilia swung her legs, clearly in a very good mood.
"Ten thousand square kilometers."
Hearing Velin's request, Cecilia tilted her head and asked curiously, "Don't you want it bigger?"
"This is enough. I mainly need it to settle some Snow Goose people." Velin reached out to straighten Cecilia's hair as he spoke. "I'm troubling you again."

After respectfully bowing, Belengal turned to his tribesmen and ordered, "Gar, Kaicos, go notify our people at the other two camps."
