After entering the Third District, Velin did not immediately have Lester take them to the district's landmark buildings or beautiful sights. Instead, he had him lead them directly to visit Master Garthus, who had come from the Hainas Mermaid Kingdom.

After passing through the Commercial Street and entering the residential area, the number of aquatic creatures coming and going gradually dwindled.
Before long, they arrived before a courtyard built from coral stone.
At the gate, two merfolk guards looked up at Velin and the others with scrutinizing eyes. However, upon seeing Lester, the Dragonkin, they gave up on the thought of directly rebuking them.
Walking a few steps forward to the foot of the stairs, Lester took out the Dragon Scale Plaque his princess had given him and said in a deep voice, "Please inform Master Garthus that a messenger of Princess Elios has come to visit."
