Negotiations Between the Qixing Army and the Kingdom of Seraphitaine
Half a month later, in the hall of the Governor's Mansion in Delin City, a long table stood in the center. Kyle sat on the eastern side, with Lyanna seated to his left and a Low-tier Soul Intent Knight responsible for record-keeping seated to his right.

Second, the Kingdom of Seraphitaine was required to hand over hostages to the Qixing Army. The number would be decided by the Kingdom of Seraphitaine, and the Qixing Army would not interfere.
Third, the Moon God Church would become the mainstream faith within the future territory controlled by the Principality of Seraphitaine.
With these three agreements as the foundation, both sides began discussing the details.
