The La Romana Islands lay deep within the sea, extremely far from the mainland. As far as Velin knew, aside from the Wolaston Pirate Duchy, which was a human nation, the other ten duchies had all been established by deep-sea races.
Even so, the Wolaston Pirate Duchy had fewer than two million humans, accounting for less than twenty percent of its total population. The rest were mostly fishmen, nagas, and other vicious deep-sea races.
