On the training ground, Muller looked at the figures in the distance, then turned to his subordinates and commanded loudly, "Form ranks."
The fifteen hundred Temple Knights began straightening their helmets, scarves, armor, and weapons.
Three minutes later, Muller said sternly, "Silence!"
Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared solemnly ahead.
Walking onto the training ground, Velin surveyed the knight order's military bearing and nodded in satisfaction. Their strength was a little lacking, but he thought they were quite decent overall.

Fifteen hundred men drew their Knight Swords and held them before their chests, their eyes fixed ahead.
Muller drew his own Knight Sword last, holding it with the hilt to the right and the tip to the left. With a solemn expression, he declared loudly, "Muller, commander of the Ninth Temple Knight Order, reporting to you with fifteen hundred Temple Knights, esteemed Lord Velin Ex, Fifteenth Army Commander of the Expeditionary Army's Fourth Legion."
Velin walked up to Muller, accepted the Knight Sword, turned it around, and placed it back in his hands.
A sword held with its hilt to the right signified an outside force entering the camp.
When the commanding officer turned the sword so its hilt faced left, it signified his acceptance of that force.
This was an ancient induction ceremony within the Church of Life. Had he not read so many books, he would have been left standing there, staring helplessly.
