The sound of the door opening startled everyone in the courtyard. The guards standing around it all turned their gazes toward the gate, left hands gripping their scabbards and right hands clasping their sword hilts, their eyes alert.
The three people beside the stone seats stopped talking and turned to look toward the gate, curiosity appearing on their faces.
Velin was the first to enter the courtyard. Seeing Titon people dressed in an entirely different style, all with heads of white hair, filled him with immense curiosity.
His gaze wandered about as he observed everything around him.
Kyle followed close behind, entering the courtyard and standing behind his lord. His expression was steady, and his gaze focused.
As for Carter, captain of the Seventh Security Management Office, after the two important figures entered the courtyard, he gently closed the door and personally stood guard outside.
"Gentlemen, may I ask who you are...?"
The leading Titon youth had already formed a guess, but out of basic courtesy, he still put on a puzzled expression and asked in a friendly tone.
