Cecilia threw herself into Velin's arms, greedily inhaling his scent, her eyes gleaming with joy.
Looking at the World Elf in his arms, Velin said softly, "Welcome back, Cecilia."
After spending a while together, Cecilia flew onto Velin's shoulder and sat there, gazing at the Tree of Life and sensing the vitality in the air. She felt thoroughly at ease.
"Velin, I'll take you somewhere."
"Where?" Velin turned to look at Cecilia, curiosity in his eyes.
"You'll find out soon enough."
Cecilia replied mysteriously, unwilling to tell her contractor the truth directly.
Filled with curiosity, Velin followed Cecilia's guidance and flew north through the Demiplane.
Half an hour later, Velin arrived above a valley.
Looking down, he saw nothing different from the surrounding terrain. He had no idea why Cecilia had brought him here.
Still, he had nothing to do today. Accompanying her on a proper tour of the Demiplane was not a bad idea.
Cecilia left Velin's shoulder and floated above the valley. Facing him, her eyes filled with delight, she said, "Velin, don't blink."
"I promise I won't blink," Velin replied with a smile.
Seeing this, Cecilia stopped keeping him in suspense. She spread her arms and lifted the mysterious veil shrouding the valley.
The restriction was removed, and the illusion shattered. The green landscape vanished, replaced by a Fruit Orchard.
