They passed through the Teleportation Array in Whiteblade City and arrived at the satellite city of Brie City.
After entering Shia City, Velin rested in the city for half a month. Once the news had spread, he would visit the young Shia Beastman living in the Civilian District.
If he could not resolve this matter through Morgan Hilory, he could only first head to the Holy Third Dawn Kingdom. Using the token left behind by the Dawn Saint Gerrard, he would seek an audience with the Pope and use the Church of Dawn to pressure the Xilore Tribe into settling the dispute.
