• Lysid welcomed Velin to the Dongplin Travel Palace, and Qixing Legion’s Third Battalion took over its defenses.
• Velin and Xuemiyya went in disguise to Kiria City, where Velin described the Alliance’s political instability and said he would help Lysid if Lysid won.
• Constables subdued an orc who tried to flee after losing a wager, and a middle-aged man quoted a supposed saying by the Moon Knight about honoring wagers.
• Half a month later, Lysid and Drake began their full-strength duel in the Shadow Space, with the outcome set to shape the Serandor Alliance’s future.
• The duel continued through thirty days and nights as more than thirty Shadow Space Legendaries gathered to watch.

Lysid defeated Drake in a month-long duel, and Velin helped both exhausted Legendary Experts recover before securing their agreement to discuss the Serandor Alliance’s future. At a meeting in Dongplin Travel Palace, Kyle began outlining how the Alliance’s territories would be divided into provinces as a nation was established.

• Lysid’s and Drake’s Law Domains shattered after their prolonged duel, and both fell into craters, with Lysid winning.
• Owenno helped Lysid up, while Sandro reassured Drake that his effort would not draw their Lord’s blame.
• Velin healed Lysid and Drake, urged them to resolve disputes peacefully, and proposed that the Alliance’s Legendary Experts meet again in half a month.
• The duel’s result spread across the Serandor Alliance, and Kiria City celebrated Lysid’s victory.

Velin read and witnessed the Serandor Alliance Agreement, which established the Kingdom of Kiria under Lysid and placed it under the Star-Prayer Kingdom’s supremacy. After the agreement was signed, Velin backed Lysid publicly and began considering his delayed journey to the Deep Illusion Realm.

• After three days of debate, the ten Legendaries agreed on administrative divisions based on Kyle’s proposed plan.
• Velin read the agreement, which renamed the Serandor Alliance the Kingdom of Kiria, named Lecid Kiria its first king, set its government and territorial terms, and made it subordinate to the Star-Prayer Kingdom.
