In the southern part of the Heaven Dou Empire, Suotuo City was one of the Balak Kingdom's two most important cities.

From their introductions, Qian Yuling learned that Dai Mubai was a level 37 Battle Spirit Master with the Evil Eye White Tiger Beast Spirit, while Tang San was a level 29 Soul Grandmaster whose Martial Soul was Blue Silver Grass.
