Lu Li and Aizen, powerful beings like them, actually already had the ability to create a new Big Bang. They only needed to reconcentrate the matter of a universe and then release it.
But if they did that, it would take at least several billion years for life to emerge. Lu Li and Aizen did not have that much time, nor were they that idle. Besides, doing something like that seemed rather meaningless.
What they wanted was to find a way, once they became strong enough, to restore Universe 6 and Universe 10 to how they had been. If possible, Lu Li also hoped that those who had died in the great war and whose souls had not gone to Other World could enter reincarnation normally.
"Vegeta, I heard you've completely mastered how to use Soul Intent. Let's find time for another fight."
After eating and drinking his fill, Goku once again began thinking about battle.
Lu Li had previously taught him and Vegeta how to use Soul Intent, but Vegeta had learned it quickly while Goku simply could not grasp it.
Vegeta had initially been puzzled by this as well, because Kakarot's talent for combat techniques was not poor. In fact, he usually learned them quite quickly.
But Lu Li knew what was happening. Vegeta had learned Soul Intent because his emotions were rich enough. At the end of the day, Vegeta was a person, so the intent within his heart was easier to cultivate.
Goku, meanwhile, was a being close to gods and saints. He was too pure, so pure that he carried no emotional burdens and therefore could not nurture Soul Intent.
Ironically, the deeper Lu Li's research and understanding of Soul Intent became, the more he realized that this kind of power could often only be
